The three workshops include:

 9am - 11am Nutrition and women’s health:

Did you know that nearly every scientific study has been done only on men? This means that almost all medicines and medical recommendations are based on how men’s bodies work. Women are so beautifully complicated, and we want to honour this is our workshop. We will focus on how women’s bodies work and what nutrients we need to thrive.

11:30am - 1:30pm Period & Nutrients:

Tummy cramps, mood swings, chocolate cravings?! Yea, us too!

Have you ever wondered if this is normal and how you can manage your menstrual cycle? Your period doesn’t always have to be a pain! Come and learn what nutrients help to ease those dreaded symptoms!

Just because your period started, doesn’t mean that you have to stop! We will explore training and exercise at different stages throughout your menstrual cycle with a focus on different nutrients to support your body.

2pm-4pm Nutrition & Mental Health:

Did you ever wonder why when you’re stressed or anxious your tummy feels different? Your gut and brain actually talk (send signals) to each other, come learn what they are talking about. We will be focusing on how what you do and don’t eat plays a role in affecting Mental Health.
