At headspace, we offer a variety of tools and resources to help support you. If you would feel more comfortable speaking to us 1-on-1 we have the following options available:
Talk about mental health
You can chat privately with our professional counsellors over the phone or webchat, seven days a week between 9am – 1am (AEDT). It’s a safe space if you want some advice, unsure of what help you need or maybe just want to talk things through.
Talk about Work & Study
From 1-on-1 support with a Work and Study Specialist to linking in with a volunteer Career Mentor, our work and study programs provide free, expert and tailored support.
